How do I book a courier?
You’ll need a Clockwork account to book. Once yours is ready, use Client Login, call 020 7729 6169 or email operations@workgroup.co.uk. New customers can start with the account form. An enquiry does not confirm a booking.
Can you deliver outside London?
Yes. Our same-day service operates throughout the UK, and we arrange international deliveries worldwide. Same-day jobs a long way from London can be expensive. If your delivery can wait until tomorrow, ask us about next day.
Can I track my delivery?
Our drivers are tracked in real time. Contact the operations team for an update on your delivery. Every delivery includes signed and timed proof of delivery by email.
When can I speak to someone?
Office hours 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, with 24 hour cover six days a week and pre arranged Sunday jobs available.
